How much do I need to pay upfront for my blinds?
You’ll need to pay a deposit, which can be the full amount, when you place your order.

When can I expect an advisor to visit after I book?
We’ll arrange for an advisor to visit your place at a time that suits you best. Usually, we aim to have someone there within about five days of booking, but it might vary a bit depending on where you live and our advisors’ schedules.

How long will the appointment take?

Fitting & Installation
How soon can my blinds be fitted after I order?
You won’t have to wait long! Your new blinds will be ready for fitting in just two to three weeks after you place your order. And don’t worry, your advisor will set up a fitting time that works for you when you order.
What should I do to prepare for the fitting?
Just a bit of housekeeping! Please clear anything away from the window area and take down any existing blinds or curtains. This helps us get straight to work fitting your new blinds smoothly and efficiently.
How long will a blind fitting take?
The time it takes varies depending on what you’ve ordered. Not to worry, though! Your advisor will give you all the details and timing during your appointment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect
Does the same advisor do the fitting?
Most of the time, yes, your advisor will come back to do the fitting. But sometimes, things happen, like if they’re ill, someone else might step in. A few of our advisors work alongside a partner who specializes in fittings. They’ll fill you in on all this when they’re arranging the fitting appointment, so you’ll know exactly who to expect.
What if I need to change my fitting time? Will it cost me?
